"My name is Noah Hussaini. I'm 20 years old, and at my age I don't care who provides my insurance as long as it's affordable, a sentiment shared by most people in my generation.

My father chose State Farm and introduced me to Emil. I ended up needing help after my car was hit by someone driving a Hertz rental vehicle. After hours of waiting on the phone, I called back five days later only to find out that none of my information had been recorded.

As a boxer, I know how important it is to have good people in your corner. Emil went out of his way to help by getting on a three-way call with Hertz. Funny enough, I got the same representative I had spoken to before. I was frustrated because she was speaking quickly and in a condescending manner while I was trying to understand the process. I couldn't help but smile when Emil stepped in and told her to slow down and explain things clearly.

Emil went above and beyond for me and my family. I'll say one thing: it's not the company, it's the people who represent it. My father is a small business owner, and when I eventually move off his insurance, I'll still be a State Farm customer because of experiences like this.

Emil is in the customer's corner, and that matters.

TL;DR: State Farm representative Emil goes above and beyond for people. As long as State Farm has people like him, I'll stick with State Farm."
